SHIRLEY EIS

Ms. Eis founded Software Corporation of America in 1981 and as President and CEO built it into a leading provider of wireless application software and communication tools spanning landline and wireless network technologies. In 1999 SCA was acquired by Motorola. As part of the acquisition, Ms. Eis became a Motorola Vice President assuming responsibility for other acquisitions including Suncoast Scientific, a nonemergency response software company headquartered in Shalimar Florida, and a Systems Integration team in Scottsdale Arizona. Ms. Eis continued in this role until her retirement from Motorola in 2002.

Ms. Eis has over 30 years of diverse experience in telecommunications, information technology, management and sales and has held various technical and management positions at AT&T, General Foods, and Scudder Steven and Clark.

From 2006 to 2010 Ms. Eis served on the board of The National Philanthropic Trust. She sat on the Executive Committee and was in her last year Chairman. She continues to serve on the advisory board as Chair Emeritus.

Ms. Eis is a past board member of the Wireless Data Forum and was a frequent guest speaker at industry, trade and end user conferences and seminars. She currently sits on the board of Spot-On Networks, a Wi-Fi service provider.

Ms. Eis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Marymount College.
